Please note that all of the service options below entitle you to our discounted ad-hoc labour rates, so all of our contract customers enjoy low everyday rates for the best service in town.

Pricing Terms and Conditions

  • Service agreements are subject to a 24 month minimum term.
  • All prices exclude GST
  • Choice Technology charges for travel time (to and from customer site) and for parking (if no free parking is available) for on-site vistis (if not included in managed services)
  • Non-contracted customers pay a flat rate of $129 per hour for ad-hoc computer support (workstation) or $149 per hour for ad-hoc server, storage or networking support.
  • Remote support will be provided unless on-site support is, in Choice Technology's opinion, required to complete the support request or resolve an issue.  Choice Technology will charge for on-site support that is not included in the customers' service plan.
  • Free on-site support (including MACs) provided in certain areas only.  Please check with us to see whether all of your locations are within our free support zones.
  • Free MACs are limited to a maximum of one per quarter per managed device and within same location only.  MACs involving three more devices or phsyical moves between locations are treated as separately funded projects.
