Please note that, unless covered under an existing service contract, all services are chargeable and Choice Technology will action support requests as received without seeking futher approval from you.  By requesting our services you agreed that you are authorised to do so on behalf of your company (if applicable) and that you agreed to our terms of trade (which are available upon request).

We Hire and Work With the Best

Technology doesn't care about gender, race, religion or sexual preference and neither do we.  We hire on aptitude and attitude.  We don't care where you're from or what you believe - if you're the best candidate for the job then we'll beg you to work for us.  If we can make a positive impact to each other's businesses then we'll beg you to work with us.

We sometimes use a cheekly tagline about how our innovative solutions are created by our team of male technical experts and this can engender a certain level of outrage in some.  If this is you then don't shoot the messenger - our team isn't all-male by choice.  Instead of directing your anger at us, why not ask why, as a country, we do such a poor job of promoting careers in technology and science to our daughters?  Why is it that, statistically, our girls are more likely to end up as teenage mothers than to score a lucrative job in the tech sector?

Are girls less technically minded?  Are girls less intellectually stimulated than boys when it comes to math, science and tech?  (Those are hypiothetical questions - the correct answer is 'NO', in case you were wondering).

We normally receive hundreds of applications for every job that we advertise and we assess every single applicant.  Sadly we recieve very few applications from female candidates (often none at all) and we're not alone.  Our industry is screaming out for talent, the pay is excellent and the work is freakin' amazing (pardon us for being biased).

So if our tag line offends you then great - it should.  If you want to tell us about it then go ahead - but only if you teach your daughter (or someone else's if you don't have one) a couple of lines of code first!
